Stress-less Banana Avocado Bowl

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt or coconut yogurt (any you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (I use Navitas Organics but any is good)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • handful slithered almonds to top

 

Method

Simply blend the ingredients together using a mixer or simply by hand. Top with slivered almonds for a great crunch.
